During my internship at Dataminds, I was responsible for developing their logo and design for their website, as well as creating a visual language and components for the site.
The original idea and concept were to create a wordplay:
dataminds = mining treasure = mining data.
/The diamond represents data and insights./
The concept for the logo and icons was inspired by the process of cutting a diamond. As I explored this process, I arrived at a visual solution where a single piece of the cut diamond became the foundation, allowing me to build the rest of the visual language around it.
