NemID became MitID. With MitID, a new RA portal was also introduced. RA stands for "registration authority," and an RA could be, for example, a Citizen Service, bank, or the Prison and Probation Service. In close collaboration with Nets, the e-learning course was designed to train all RA employees in transitioning from NemID to MitID.
My role in this project was to create a simple, intuitive user interface tailored to the target audience, using Nets' design guidelines as a foundation. These guidelines served as a starting point for developing a complex yet flexible design system. Since the digital learning course needed to be scalable and visually consistent across numerous modules, the design system became a cohesive framework for designers, developers, and stakeholders alike.
