Problem: Within the Social Democrats, there is a need to ensure that everyone in a position of trust has a basic understanding of their community policy and the culture they aim to foster within the party. While the community policy applies to all members, it is especially important that the party’s leaders—including elected representatives, trustees, and educators—are equipped to handle offensive behavior, prevent conflicts, and ensure a safe and respectful work environment.
Solution: In close collaboration with the Social Democrats, we developed an e-learning course designed to make it easier for chairs to take on responsibility and act as role models. The course aims to inspire leaders by clarifying what motivates them to be good leaders and how this contributes to a strong sense of community. Through the course, participants gain insights into how to create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes collaboration and respect, supporting the culture they desire in the Social Democrats. The goal is to strengthen the sense of community and ensure that everyone feels safe and respected within the party.
My role as a designer was to create an engaging user interface for the target audience and translate complex concepts into a visual language.
