NemID became MitID. With MitID, a new RA portal was also introduced. RA stands for "registration authority," and an RA could be, for example, a Citizen Service, bank, or the Prison and Probation Service. In close collaboration with Nets, the e-learning course was designed to train all RA employees in transitioning from NemID to MitID.
My task in this design process was to create a very simple and intuitive user interface for the target audience, based on Nets' design guidelines.
